Renter will receive a full refund minus MangoRV service fee if cancelled 30 days before the trip start date.
Renter will receive a 50% refund of total trip cost minus MangoRV service and if cancelled more than 7 days before the trip start date.
No refund for cancellation made less than 7 days before the trip start date.
- 24-hour grace period for bookings made at least 7 days before trip date
- 1-hour grace period for bookings made less than 7 days before trip
- Full refund for cancelling a booking made during a grace period
Insurance Coverage
All RV rentals must have comprehensive collision and liability coverage. MangoRV partners with a nationwide RV insurance provider to offer up to $1 million in liability insurance coverage. You will be provided a link to purchase insurance as soon as your quote is confirmed.
